Here is my first zentangle mandala thingie. I like how it turned out, even if it is rather simple. I would have been happier if I had a ultra fine pen to outline the whole thing, instead of using a not-so-fine pen to start. Other than that I like it. :)
I finished it with an ultra-fine black sharpie and then colored it in with prismicolor pencils.

Tonight I started drawing and ended up doing a zentangle type thing, I did it all in pencil first, and I like how it turned out, so I thought I would go over it with marker and then color it in with my new prismacolor pencils I have not got to use yet.
Well, the markers I have are not as fine lined as I was wanting so my nice thin lines ended up thick and yucky looking. bleh! I'm not even sure if I can fix it and now I am not sure if I want to even mess with it or just move on to something else.
I really need to get my camera battery charged so I can take pics of stuff. Poor camera.. have not even used it since december.. some photographer i am. well, that will change soon enough with spring coming. :) I'm hoping for a nice wide angle lens this year, we will have to see...
So, back to the markers.. yeah, I would love some copics, but for now I have to wait.. maybe mid-march, I am hoping. Meanwhile maybe I can go find one of those uber-thin sharpies or something. Except I hate how they smell. bleh.

For such a long time I thought I wanted to be 'normal'.
But lately I have been thinking about that and ya know what? I don't WANT to be normal. I just wouldn't be good at it.
I just want to be me.. but without the fear.
